This my second review of this amazing restaurant and their staff! The food here is so authentic and the staff is beyond amazing! I order from this place every week because it’s that good! Their elote tamales, pastelitos, desayunos, pupusas, and birria burger is by far my favorites! Thank you to the entire staff for continuing to provide such amazing service and beautiful food to the Colorado community!

Wonderful homemade food and warm and enthusiastic service. Possibly the best Mexican food in Colorado Springs! A vegetarian and an omnivore, we loved the pupusas and the caldo de res, which seriously was life-giving. The handmade tortillas were also delicious— fluffy and tender, not dry like other places tend to have. The staff were so kind and friendly and the chef chatted with us about how making everything by hand makes all the difference. We can’t wait to come back!

When I tell you that you can’t find a nicer place in terms of service and food. Their drinks are amazing and the food is just as good. The man who took my order was super sweet and answered all of my questions and needs. The quesabirria is so well seasoned and juicy! Will absolutely recommend to everyone looking for a local place to try!
